Lilliputt@Big Splash

Everybody knows golf. Players hit the ball and try to get it into the hole. This particular day, I had a game of golf at Big Splash. I got 18 holes around Singapore.

After Tien Xia class at Kallang, we set off for Big Splash at East Coast Park. We had lunch at KFC and headed down to Lilliput, the mini golf game around Singapore. We got 2 tickets for Dad and me and got our golf sets.

There were 18 holes in this game. Each hole had different obstacles. We were supposed to get across these obstacles and get the ball into the hole, just like a normal golf game. These holes were located at different spots around miniature Singapore, for example, an MRT station, the docks, the zoo, Big Splash itself and many more. Each hole also had their own specialties. There are some holes I want to talk about.

At the MRT station, once we hit the ball into the MRT train, the doors would close and the train transports the ball to the other side of the field, which is blocked off by a low wall. Another was the Discovery centre. We got to go through a Hoop-De-Loop. Then the ball goes through the barrel of a tank! Another was the Haw Par Villa. We hit the ball through a dragon's jaws and it comes out of either one of the coloured faces, and many, many more! It was so interesting!

We enjoyed ourselves and we hope to come and introduce this place to our friends.
