WF's graduation concert

The day before was WF's graduation concert. It was held at Catholic Junior College. Many parents, grandparents and teachers were there. All the island wide schools had come together to celebrate this wonderful day. There were also some stalls taking advantage of this day to attract customers to their stalls.

We arrived at CJC at 1300. It was crowded with parents. Photographs were on display and parents were purchasing them. We purchased some photographs and went to find WF. He was in the changing room putting on his costume. We took some photos and waited for the queue to subside so that we could collect our bags.

After a long time, the doors to the auditorium finally opened. We went in and got to our seats. Waited for almost 1 hr until the lights dimmed down. Dad had already slept and I was on the verge of wandering into dreamland.

First was the march. K2 pupils were marching down the aisle while cameras snapped wildly away. Next was a speech by the current chairman. He would give the seat to his colleague. After that was the performance. It was about a group of friends celebrating Chinese New Year. The multi-racial group of friends were asking about their different festivals and sharing their tradition, how they celebrate and their reason of celebrating. The performance was good.

It was a wonderful day.
